Celle Citizens’ Brunch – A Sociable Get-Together with the German-American Society

On September 6, the German-American Society took part in the biennial Citizens’ Brunch organized by the Celle Community Foundation. We had reserved two tables from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and twelve of our members spent a thoroughly enjoyable and sociable day together.

With homemade treats, a cheerful atmosphere and plenty of good conversation, the emphasis was above all on simply enjoying one another’s company. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, exchange ideas and enjoy the special atmosphere of Celle’s Citizens’ Brunch in the heart of our historic old town.

We would like to thank the organizers at the Celle Community Foundation for such a successful event and are already looking forward to the next one!
