On December 12, the City of Celle will host its Citizens’ Reception at the Congress Union Celle. Admission begins at 4:30 p.m., the event starts at 5:00 p.m. and will end around 7:00 p.m. The event is open to everyone and free of charge.

The City of Celle has put together a stage program with various activities and musical accompaniment. Over the course of the evening, the City of Celle will honor the 25th anniversary of its town twinning with Tulsa. Among the special guests will be, among others, the Tulsa City Councilor and honorary ambassador for Celle, Christian Bengel. The 25th anniversary of the German-American Society Celle e. V., celebrated last year, will also be recognized. On this occasion, the Society will have a booth in the foyer of the Congress Union before and after the event and looks forward to conversations with interested citizens.
