The German-American Society Celle e.V. is celebrating Thanksgiving 2024!

The Menu:

Hof Wietfeld has once again created a delicious menu: After an aperitif, a mildly aromatic pumpkin soup with orange, ginger, and cream will be served, accompanied by stone-oven bread and savory spreads. The main course, served buffet-style, includes richly stuffed turkey with steamed Brussels sprouts, glazed quince rings, marinated pumpkin wedges, creamy mashed potatoes and pumpkin, sweet potato wedges with herbs, and cranberry sauce.

For dessert, enjoy Maracuja Panna Cotta with fruity mango sauce and marzipan mousse with cinnamon and cherries.
